ANDREW ESPITIA

Andrew Espitia is the Director of Strategic Growth & Client Development for Camelot Services, Inc. He brings approximately 25 years of experience in the services industry, with a strong focus on facilities management. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of business development and operations leadership roles, consistently helping organizations scale, build strategic partnerships, and drive significant revenue growth.

Andrew’s expertise includes national sales strategy, operational leadership, and client development within facilities-related services. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, expanding market presence, and developing long-term client relationships that create sustainable business growth.

In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Andrew is also a successful entrepreneur. He previously founded and grew a facilities management company that was ultimately sold, demonstrating his ability to build and scale service-based businesses. Today, he also co-owns a residential construction company with his wife, Nichole, where they focus on delivering high-quality residential projects.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a minor in Electrical Engineering from DeVry University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Andrew and Nichole have been married for 27 years and are proud parents of four adult children—Drew, Noah, Ava, and Gabby. Their two youngest daughters are currently attending the University of Arkansas and Harding University. After growing up and spending much of his life in the Lewisville and Flower Mound area, Andrew recently relocated to Aubrey, Texas. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the beach, staying active in the gym, watching sports, and most importantly, spending quality time with his family.

We believe that facility solutions consist of more than the administration of physical assets. We want your employees and tenants to know you are taking care of them.
