Sr. Director of Operations
Deborah joined Camelot in May 2018. She has over 26 years of experience in commercial real estate. At Camelot, she is responsible for overseeing corporate operations, quality assurance, risk management, policies and procedures, systems integration, and transitions. Deborah graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University in College Station.
Deborah has worked with small and large commercial real estate service companies and owners such as Trammell Crow Company, Equity Office Properties, CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services, Cassidy Turley, DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield. She has also served a vast array of owners and asset management companies such as ING Clarion, Metzler Real Estate Advisors, Brookfield Properties, and Equity Office Properties. Her latest roles with Cassidy Turley and Cushman involved managing operations in the Texas region. She was responsible for leadership development, employee development, recruitment, quality assurance programs, service provider relations, policies and procedures administration, risk mitigation and systems training. Deborah is married with four children. She enjoys swimming, gardening and traveling.
